Five Pricechops Later, This Home In Springs Is Asking $625K

New, 2 comments

This four-bedroom off of Springs Fireplace Road has belonged to the Under $1M club since it first hit the market in June of 2009, but it's only now popping up on our radar. You can thank pricechop number five for finally bringing it to our attention.

While calling the house a "remarkable East Hampton Traditional" is a bit much, we do think it's a pretty nice little place. Set on almost a half acre, the 1900 sq. ft. residence features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, wood floors throughout, a living room with fireplace and a slider that opens to a large deck overlooking a nicely manicured lawn and a free-form heated pool. There's also a full basement with nine-foot ceilings.

Now that the price has been drastically cut we think it's got a shot at finally changing hands. What do you think: Is another chop in order or is this priced to find a buyer?
