Rent This Curvaceous North Sea Four-Bedroom For $350K

New, 4 comments

While it may share a zip code with its well-heeled neighbor to the south, this four-bedroom contemporary is solidly in North Sea territory (warning: PDF). We don't blame the agent involved in this rental for saying that it's in Southampton, though. The phrase "Here's your chance to live north of the highway in North Sea" isn't exactly going to inspire many people to open their wallets to the tune of $350K for the summer season.

As for the house itself...well...we don't really know what to make of it. With double height walls of glass and an open floor plan, the residence (which is completely surrounded by bulkheads) only offers four bedrooms in its 6000 sq. ft. of living space. While the sunset views of Little Peconic Bay must be gorgeous, we're unsure if they're worth the trade off.

Curiously, the way the patio is set up in a few of the photos it closely resembles the poolside at a resort. Guess that means the place is great for entertaining...just as long as everyone has their own place to stay.
