This Gives New Meaning To The Phrase "On The Waterfront"

While we take issue with listings that include photos of a beach they're located nowhere near, this one definitely gets a pass. Sitting on .19 acres (and stilts) overlooking Gardiner's Bay, the brokerbabble amusingly describes the 900 sq. ft. renovated beach house as "an elegant sea vessel anchored in East Hampton" and makes mention of the "glistening light reflect[ing] colors that have inspired artists for centuries."

And just what are the owners?Jodi Della Femina* and her husband John Kim?asking for the two-bedroom? A cool $1.25M. Considering they bought the place at the height of the market for $851K, we'd be amazed if they'll be able to get it. It's not like they don't have somewhere else they can go, though.

Update: Looks like Saunders published this listing in error and the home is not on the market. We regret and apologize for this monstrous mistake. Please don't let that stop you from weighing in with your thoughts on the place, though.
