The brokerbabble has gone out on a limb and given this listing the title of "Perfect In East Hampton Village". Newly renovated "to a standard found in much more expensive homes", the four-bedroom is set on .6 acres on Dayton Lane, a tree-lined, north-of-the-highway street very similar to Mill Hill. The deceptively large 3200 sq. ft. home boasts some pretty sweet details as well:
"...a sitting room with fireplace, a beamed and vaulted great room warmed by an additional hearth and an open dining room. All are flooded with light from the abundant span of windows and glass doors which provide views and access to the lovely gardens. A sun-filled foyer leads to the capacious master suite with its own fireplace and master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower and sauna. Three additional guest bedrooms, two en suite, provide plenty of room for family or guests."The property itself features specimen trees, "skillfully chosen plantings", an outdoor shower, irrigation system and a southwest facing patio that overlooks the newly installed?wait for it?heated gunite pool. We think they've done an excellent job with the renovation (and it the area is one of our favorites in the village), but we're not sure it warrants the $3.15M pricetag. So, we're opting to crowdsource this one.
