Described in the listing as "neat as a pin", the home is set on .25 acres and offers the modest amenities one might expect from a listing so far south of $400K: a full basement for extra storage, open kitchen (which looks like it could benefit from a renovation) and a sliding glass door that opens onto a large deck.
It first hit the market almost three years ago with a still-modest ask of $415K, but three pricechops have lowered the pricetag to where it is now. Still too high or can we expect to see a for sale sign in the near future?
