The last time we took a look at this particular space, Spring Close was still up and running and the building's owner was hoping for $8M. But what a difference the summer makes! The restaurant has shuttered and the ask for the 225-seat eatery has dropped to $5.5M. The brokerbabble notes that it's "Ready for immediate occupancy to open the restaurant of your dreams or make modifications now to add your own style and concept." So...if anyone's willing to give it a go at what many consider is a "cursed" location (no one seems to have any luck here in the long-term), now's your chance.
