Neighbor Beefs

New, 7 comments

Cantor Fitzgerald CEO Howard Lutnick is in trouble over his hedges. No, not because they're overgrown. It's the fact they exist as all. According to the NY Post, Mr. Lutnick planted what one neighbor called a "revenge hedge" on his Bridgehampton property after the town rejected his plans to erect a barn on the grounds that doing so would spoil the view. According to the Southampton's senior planner, "He has to remove or relocate the hedge," so residents can enjoy "the natural scenic beauty." [NY Post]
