We really have no clue what the brokerbabble means by "salty and sweet" in reference to this impossibly small 812 sq. ft. cottage in Springs, but perhaps we're just confused by its $2.5M sticker price. Granted, the two-bedroom "weekender" does overlook Gardiners Bay, offer .83 acres of property, a stairway to the beach, and a terraced pool, but $3078/sq. ft. still seems like a whole lot of scratch for a non-oceanfront property. Anyone want to offer a pricetag that would be a little more appropriate for the place?
