Continuing a rather surprising Pricespotting trend, a couple of curbed readers fell under the spell of this "charming" East Hampton estate and overestimated by quite a bit. One reader was over by $3M while another was off by more than $10M?more than double the ask. Only bingman's guess of somewhere "in the 9-11MM range" was in the ballpark.
