This Springs Four-Bedroom Is About Due For A Pricechop

New, 3 comments

This Clearwater Beach listing is coming up on its paper anniversary and to celebrate, we recommend a pricechop. The 1600 sq. ft. home first hit the market for $599K last February and has remained at that price ever since. While the ask isn't unreasonable (unlike some others in the 11937), it will either need to come down or the house is going to sit for a while longer. As one astute Curbed reader put it, there's a "glut of Springs properties for sale at the moment" around this price point.

As for the house itself...it's been recently renovated, includes a brick fireplace, vaulted beamed ceilings, a pretty sweet little kitchen and French doors opening to a covered porch. Despite not being shown in the listing photos*, there's also a pool on the .43 acre lot as well as "old growth cedars, evergreens and loads of hydrangea." While we don't understand the rationale behind showing the property covered in snow, that's between the owner and the agent.
