After listing his home (for the second time) in April of 2011 for $5.75M, Blue Man Group co-founder, Chris Wink, has found a buyer. The David Ling-designed four-bedroom recently sold to "a great guy" for the discounted price of $4.425M. The purchase is kind of steal when you consider that Mr. Wink was originally asking $6.85M and a home down the round (albeit one with a completely different style and a slightly bigger parcel) just hit the market with an ask closer to $10M.
