It took about seven months and more than a million in pricechops, but 1224 Scuttle Hole Road in Bridgehampton finally found a buyer. The not-very-creatively-named Burns 1224 LLC picked up the designer showcase house for a tidy sum of $5.3M the other month. While it wasn't snatched up as quickly as 2009's or 2010's, the house changed hands much quicker than the one from 2006. That particular manse took more than five years to sell.
