Joseph DeCristofaro, formerly of NestSeekers and Corcoran, has struck out on his own and launched a new East End brokerage as well as a rental listings website. The move comes a few months after he left (some would say "was forced out") and filed a lawsuit against NestSeekers citing breach of contract . According to Mr. DeCristofaro, his new agency, The Global Group, has more than $20 million in listings while LeaseHamptons.com currently has more than 2,000 available rentals. [The Real Deal]
