Market Reports

According to Town and Country's year end report, 2011 was not very good for home sales in the Hamptons. While the number of sales of high end ($3.5M+) properties saw a modest 8.7% increase over 2010, homes in every other price category saw a drop. Overall, sales fell 6.4% for the year. After a promising end of the year, not exactly the most heartening of news. The only bright spot was Bridgehampton: 11932 experienced an increase in sales volume, total dollar amount and median sale price. [The Real Deal]
