This week's installment of pricespotter taught us an important lesson: If it's not a south-of-the-highway property, we better make sure that the house we've chosen is exceptional. 'Cause this place sure didn't inspire an outpouring of responses. While one Curbed reader jumped at the opportunity to remind us that, "if you aren't south of the highway your (sic) poor", our only guesser both insulted the residence ("What an ugly house!") but dramatically underestimated its asking price ("I hope they're not asking more than $8mm for it.").
