While it may not be the gambrel porn beloved by so many summertime homebuyers out here, we hope it will be able to avoid the wrecking ball that the listing seems to encourage. The dearth of interior shots and the phrases "plans are in place for expansion" and "create your own compound in this dreamy location" don't bode well for that happening, though.
