The Skinny: We briefly took a look at this North Haven estate during 2011's Renter's Week. The owner?a hedge funder (surprise, surprise)?asks $275K for the rental season, but we're interested in the residence's pricetag this time around. Built in 2005, this home harkens back to "an age where one didn't have to shout, scream and flaunt the fact that they had arrived. It was understood, reflected in the fine details that one surrounded themselves with." Forgiving that flowery prose for a minute, what exactly are those "fine details"? Large patios overlooking an expansive lawn overlooking 418 feet of waterfront, a heated gunite pool and spa, an indoor/outdoor living room, two dens and a formal living room. There's also here is a gym, sauna, outdoor shower, and resident's only tennis courts and beaches.
