Five Pricechops Later, This Noyac Home's Ask Is Under $3M

New, 7 comments

This Tuscan-inspired four-bedroom just cannot find a buyer. After hitting the market in March of 2010 with an ask of $5.25M, the home has felt the sting of the pricechopper's blade an incredible five times. The pricetag on the 7300 sq. ft. residence is now $2.995M. If we had to guess, we'd say the seller is somewhat motivated to get rid of the place.

Other than a less-than-ideal location and a cold exterior, this residence has loads going for it. Set on a full acre, the home is fully automated, offers distant water views, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, 2 fireplaces, a wine cellar, movie theatre, an indoor spa, a 4-story elevator, bocce court and?last but not least?a racquetball court.

With such an incredibly long list of amenities, one would think a buyer would have been found around pricechops #3 or #4, but no such luck. Hopefully—for the owner's sake?the fifth time's a charm. Thoughts?
