This week's From Curbed Marketplace takes us back to one of our favorite Hamptons locales, North Haven.
According to Property Shark, the home was constructed in 1991, so we'd have to say it's aged considerably well. While it's most likely undergone some renovations during the last two decades, the place looks like it could have been built last year. Unlike homes from the 80s, this doesn't remind us of an era best forgotten.
Set on 1.5 acres on Genet Creek, this 4,800 sq. ft. abode is what listings always call a "boater's paradise." As tiresome as that phrase has become, it doesn't mean it's any less applicable: The property offers 200 feet of water frontage and "has a deep water, fixed dock, which can safely harbor 2 boats and can accommodate a boat over 45 feet." And, if you think you might get tired of the "stunning landscapes and incredible sunset views over the water [that] can be enjoyed from beautiful patios and terraced gardens," 14 West Drive can be purchased for additional $5.75M.
