Following a Labor Day brawl involving 20 people and ending with one arrest, the village of Southampton is reevaluating whether or not 230 Elm will be allowed to hold such events in the future. The rental space's owner, Tim Burke, made it known that he's open to the board's moves. He also mentioned that he's unlikely to allow the party's host, Roger Pettaway, to use the space. “If he plans on doing it again, I would want to do a different type of event with him,” Burke said.
