Our favorite house flipper Sandy Gallin is at it again. After the über talent manager unloaded his $17.5M Bridgehampton property, Serenity (you know, the one Madonna didn't buy), Gallin has now set his sights on the quaint little seaside town of Amagansett with a house on Further Lane. Originally listed in November of 2009 for $7.95M, this 2,200-sq-ft classic cottage from the 1920s comes with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sits on 2 acres. The home is within peddling distance of Indian Wells Beach, which is handy since there's no tennis or pool on site. The price? After multiple price chops, this Gallin Special cost just $5.105M. No word yet on how long Gallin is going to wait before flipping this one, too.
