Joe Fresh (called the Forever 21 of Canada...they're just like us!) is popping up in East Hampton and is attempting to lure customers to their "colorful polos, bikinis, cover-ups and accessories" with prices that range from $4 to $69. They'll also be bribing potential customers with free Coolhaus ice cream as well as complimentary pedicab rides to the beach.
