Remember that $400,000 Meadow Lane summer rental that didn't require a security deposit because the owners were going to just tear it down after the season? The owner's broker reports that they've just inked a rental deal with a pair of "finance guys" who offered up a standard security deposit anyways. Lame! We were not-so-secretly hoping a death metal rock band was going to rent the place and have their way with it.
