Resto-blogger Bruce Buschel's Southfork Kitchen is reopening tonight. The restaurant was temporarily closed Memorial Day weekend after a freak kitchen fire and Buschel has been going mad navigating the Town of Southampton permit process ever since: "I hear someone giggling. I look around. It is me. Nothing humorous has just happened or will happen but I am giggling. I shouldn’t giggle." But now that the restaurant will be reopening, nothing else could go wrong now.
