When you invite guests to stay with you for the weekend, it is generally considered impolite to allow your dogs to attack them as you sip wine and watch. But, according to a new lawsuit, such was the case last summer in Sagaponack when Margarita Moore was a guest at John and Cynthia Roe's house and the family dogs became "vicious, violent, aggressive and uncontrolled" and the hosts did nothing to stop it. Mr. Roe was "sitting in a chair, drinking wine and watching his dogs attack [Moore]," the suit says. He only acted "after a substantial period of time." [NY Daily News]
