7p to 8p: Open bar with passed sliders and sushi
8p to 10p: $5 drink specials
Open bar plus the opportunity to meet Curbed's very own Lockhart Steele and Nick Leighton? It doesn't get much better than that. But since this is the Hamptons, there is a list, of course.
