Go Deep And Wide At This North Haven Compound

What's better than having a dock? Having a deep water private dock. What's better than that? Having TWO of them, one fixed and one floating. Such is the case at this newly listed North Haven compound, which sits on 3.5 acres and includes 400 feet of Genet Creek frontage.

A long-time captain says the property might be able to park a 60 footer, although a 43-foot Cockle and a 52-ft Hinkley are the largest boats that have given it a try.

The property itself features two houses. The 5,000-sq-ft main house is near the fixed dock and comes with a pool, spa, and boat house. The 2,200-sq-ft guest house is closer to the floating dock and is nearest the tennis court. Both homes face west for spectacular sunset viewing and the tennis court faces north south, the proper orientation as any tennis enthusiast knows.
