This Is Where David Tepper's $43.5 Million House Used To Be

New, 9 comments

We now have aerial proof that billionaire hedge-funder David Tepper has just torn down his 6,165-square-foot, $43.5 million home in Sagaponack and will soon replace it with one nearly twice the size. Apparently, the problem was that Tepper couldn't quite see the ocean from every room of the old house because of a plover-infested dune, but instead of pulling a Ron Baron and simply removing the obstruction, he thought it better to just build a brand new house with bigger windows.
