Recall the Bullova Watch Factory in Sag Harbor? The historic brick building was supposed to turn into condos years ago, but instead continues to languish behind a rusty chain-link fence. But a Curbed tipster reports that über-developer Joe Farrell (who has been snapping up stalled projects all over the East End) is now involved and things are finally back on track. The environmental clean-up snags have apparently been resolved, so now they're just waiting on some pesky zoning and financing issues to be worked out before putting the cookies in the oven for the first open house.
