Dr. Beach is back with his 2011 list of the "Best Beaches in the United States." Last year's winner - Cooper's Beach in Southampton - was ineligible for consideration (once you're #1, you get left out for a year). But making the cut this year at #4 is East Hampton's Main Beach. This year's winner is Sarasota, which we find impossible to believe is nicer than being in the Hamptons. [Dr. Beach]
