Calvin Klein's Nemesis Sells Oceanfront Estate To Mystery Buyer

Well, well, well, what do we have here? Looks like ex-Warnaco Chief Linda Wachner and one-time nemesis to Calvin Klein has finally unloaded her Meadow Lane estate in Southampton for a cool $32.5 million. Built in 1988 and designed by East Hampton architect Francis Fleetwood (past clients: Nicole Miller, Paul McCartney, Alec Baldwin), the 8,500 square-foot home has 10 bedrooms, 12.5 bathrooms, a pool, tennis court, and a delightful little putting green that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.

After dividing her property and selling off a little over four acres back in 2009, it appears she's finally found a buyer for the other five acres on which her home sits.

Wachner, a notoriously hard-driving businesswoman, developed a bit of a reputation on the East End for going through brokers like Kleenex and this sale was apparently done without one (at least on the seller's side of the equation). The new owner is listed as Ickenham LTD and it's unclear who they are or just what they plan to do with the property.
