$1.895M Main Street Home Was Once A Brothel, Tavern

New, 1 comment

If walls could talk, then the bones of this Sag Harbor home would probably just say, "Voulez-vous coucher avec moi?" And why's that? Because the 2,200-square-foot Federal-style home shown above used to be a brothel way back when. Scandalous, right? The property comes with three bedrooms, beamed ceilings, and lots of original hardware. It also touts a separate guest house, complete with a rustic kitchen and a tiny sleeping loft ill-suited to the whole brothel thing. That said, those in search of a more wholesome history will be pleased to know that the $1.895 million spread was also once a tavern too.
