Joining nearly every other commercial property in Montauk is the Lido Resort Motel, which just hit the market for $2.675 million. The motel spans 19 "pristine" units, consisting of six efficiency-style rooms and 12 standard rooms, and a separate manager's apartment. Also included is a waterfront pool, which is located on a separate lot across the street. A compound! According to PropertyShark, the property last traded in 2007 for a modest $1.830 million. But that seems to be before the family-owned and operated motel (not for long?) underwent a renovation. So with The Lido back on the market again, who's next?
