Set in the dunes of Amagansett is this streamline contemporary home, which former IM Pei architect David Ling designed. (Ling has also done a lot of work at the Wynn in Las Vegas.) The four-bedroom spread has some pretty unique features, including dramatic ocean views that are protected by an adjacent nature conservancy. Views aside, there's also a neat sculptural pool and a suspended outdoor shower. So what'll push this suspended shower over the edge? How about the home's owner! According to listing agent Bill Williams, Blue Man Group co-founder Chris Wink is this castle's king, and actually tried selling it for $6.850 million before the market tanked. But now Wink is giving it another go, listing the home, which is ironically free from splattered paint (and blue paint for that matter), for the discounted price of $5.75 million.
