In an effort to live up to its name, USA show Royal Pains has totally taken over Southampton. According to Patch, which has a great album of all the action, the medical comedy will be filming around town all week. So far, the most chaotic scene seems to be the one involving a brutal car accident between a sports car and a Jitney. Looks like it involved some serious Hollywood magic. [SH Patch]
