Last week, we pointed your attention to the possibility of water shuttles taking to the Long Island sound. And now Dan's Paper explains how it'll all become a wet and wild reality. The venture's fronted by Mattituck resident John Ryan, who's worked in everything from food service to oil spill cleanup. Ryan plans to get his "40-passenger vessels" running between Greenport and Sag Harbor this summer. He's also thinking about getting the boats a liquor license, which would effectively make this the most convenient booze cruise ever. [Dan's]
