Bruce Davis—the face of those ubiquitous 1-800-Lawyers commercials—has decided to list a very unique property in Sag Harbor. According to Real LI, the $12 million waterfront property was originally configured as a "14-unit co-op complex with some businesses on the first floor." But then Davis laid down the law, slowly amassing each unit and combining them "into a family compound." Says the listing, the 10-bedroom, seven-bathroom building could be reconfigured back into condos or coops, or even into a "corporate retreat, restaurant, or spa." So many options! Whatever the new buyers chooses, just hope they emphasize the views; Davis tells Real LI "I've never seen a better sunset than in the back of this home." And would a fake attorney ever lie?
