After Bidding War, Sandy Gallin's 'Serenity' Sells for $17.5M

New, 1 comment

The buyer might not be Madonna, but that doesn't mean the new owners of talent agent Sandy Gallin's "Serenity" estate in Bridgehampton weren't willing to throw down a material sum of money. Sotheby's Bill Williams passes along word that "after a bidding war," one of agent Rylan Jacka's buyers paid $17.5 million for the remarkable 14-acre estate. So who exactly scored the property, which was once looking for $32 million? That'd be Matt Coffin, who just sold www.lowermybills.com, and Natasha Esch, an LA-based designer who was famously given the reins to Wilhelmina Models agency at 21 years old. Apparently talent and modeling agents alike have a thing for serenity.
