Bridgehampton's Southfork Kitchen has been designed, built, named, opened, and reviewed. The next step: make the world take notice! Unfortunately, owner Bruce Buschel, who "misfired on two agencies in less than one year," is struggling with that bit. The confusion has led Buschel to explore the value of social media, which includes giving the restaurant this twitter account!
