Real Estate Sold

New, 2 comments

The circa 1906 Belle Mead estate in Quogue is now officially off the market, reports Real LI. The mansion sold for $5.4 million to an investment banker by the name Simon Rose. Enzo Morabito, who listed the property, explains that Rose intends to rip the mansion "apart piece by piece to recreate it to its former glory as intended by the famed architect Stanford White." We hope he plans to get started ASAP—the place does have 30 rooms. [Real LI]
