Real Estate Sold

New, 1 comment

A chunk of land that was at one time annexed to Chevy Chase's former East Hampton home is now officially sold. The property, which includes an acre of Lily Pond Lane land and a 1940s cottage, went into contract in November. And if this sale is to be any indication, then the market is officially back to its 2004 glory: the property sold for $6 million—not a penny more than the current owners paid for it seven years ago. How...encouraging? [EH Star]
