The Bridgehampton outpost of the French Bistro known as Almond formally closed in early December. The decision to shutter came after leasing negotiations between Almond and its landlord turned sour, which may just have to do with the landlord's interest in selling. (The 100-seat restaurant popped up with Town & County for $3.150 million a few weeks later.) But either way, the "successful restaurant location" is now also available for $150,000 per year, which includes access to an acre of land, an upstairs staff apartment, and a separate "summer cottage." For reservations, call Saunders...they have the listing.
