With Christmas the Holidays right around the corner, you best believe area restaurants are making one last push before The Shining season starts on the East End. Here's a rundown of what a few local eateries are doing to celebrate this month:

ROWDY HALL
The pub known for its Fish and Chips and Rowdyburger will be hosting Santa Claus this Saturday, December 10th from 10am to 12pm. Children of all ages can have their picture taken with jolly Old St. Nick for a donation of at least $2 that goes to East Hampton Food Pantries. More importantly: Dreesen's donuts and apple cider will be served.

THE LIVING ROOM
To celebrate their annual tree-lighting this Sunday, December 11th, The Living Room is offering an $85 prix fixe featuring Scandinavian holiday specialities (this will also be available on Christmas Eve and Day). If you don't feel like eating a full meal, coffee, hot cocoa, hot cider, Grog and cookies are offered during the lighting ceremony which takes place from 4pm - 6pm. Santa will present as well as a raffle with all proceeds going to East Hampton Food Pantries.

THE HARBOR GRILL
If you're not up to cooking on Christmas Eve (and we can't blame you), the Harbor Grill is offering a $19 three-course prix fixe on from noon to 7pm. The restaurant will also be serving eggnog for the little ones and "Santa Spiked" eggnog for the adults.

ALMOND RESTAURANT
On Christmas Eve (from 6pm to 10pm) the Bridgehampton restaurant will be hosting its 10th annual roast suckling pig dinner. For $31, diners are treated to roast suckling pig served with cabbage, caramelized apples and spaetzle. The regular a la carte menu will also be available.
