This week we'll have one matchup today and tomorrow—with the polls left open for 24 hours—and the final showdown for the prestigious fake trophy will begin on Thursday. Let the eliminations continue!
Ah...good old Amagansett (aka "I'm against it!"). After successfully banishing the MTK Festival to East Hampton, the hamlet seemed to experience just as much good news as it did bad. A fire destroyed Scoville Hall, but the firehouse went green. The Breaking Dawn soundtrack was written there, but it also laid claim to the title of "Best Mexican In The Hamptons". The East Hampton hamlet has had a tough year, but will sympathy be enough to win the cup?
We mocked it last week, but Bridgehampton surprised everybody with a narrow victory over Montauk. Will the zip code that Kmart calls home continue on towards victory or does it take more than Fudgie the Whale to win the title? We'll know soon enough!
