Visitors to Sag Harbor's "Shopping Cove" will no longer be greeted by the smell of roasting coffee beans early next year. Java Nation will be out when their lease is up at the end of January. In an effort to create an "upscale environment" (sigh), the owner of the building that houses the Sag Harbor mainstay has signed a rental agreement with the owner of Collette Designer Consignment for a new coffee shop. Fans of Java Nation needn't worry quite yet, though?owner Andres Bedini is committed to reopening the store somewhere on Main Street before getting the boot: "I don’t want to close for even a day."
