This custom-built home's pricing history is a little confusing, but from what StreetEasy is telling us, it first hit the market back in October of '07 with an astounding ask: almost $5M. Somewhere along the way, the listing changed agencies and saw its price reduced by almost $2M. The owner is now looking for $2.95M and seems to be sticking to that number.
While most everyone would agree that the original ask was waaaaaay of the mark for a one acre north-of-the-highway home, its current pricetag seems a little more palatable. The 4000 sq. ft. "ultra modernist" construction boasts four bedrooms, 3 baths, a chef's kitchen, a double sided fireplace, walls of glass, a three car garage, farm field views and?there it is?a heated gunite pool. The home might be considered dated in another decade, but as it stands now it's a pretty sweet looking design.
Our question to Curbed readers: What's it going to take for this house to finally change hands?
