Judging by the listing images/nature photography being employed to sell this Sagaponack 3-bedroom, it's pretty clear that current owner sees the writing on the wall. Whoever ends up buying the place will most likely be tearing it down. Not that we would blame them?the 3.88 south-of-the-highway acres and massive 470 feet of water frontage on Sagg Pond make for a pretty spectacular building lot.
It's not like the residence isn't hard on the eyes or anything. From the few pictures that are provided, the 2200 sq. ft. home?although well maintained?just looks to be a little dated. At worst, the structure is guilty of not making the most out of a truly killer property. We're sure whoever ends up purchasing the place will take care of that in short order, though.
