The newest member of the Under 1M club is this sweet little saltbox in The Springs. Judging by the lack of pictures of the front exterior, the 1500 sq. ft home probably doesn't offer much by way of curb appeal, but the interiors* and backyard more than make up for this.

The furnishings aren't included in the price, although they can be purchased separately. The property also belongs to the Clearwater Beach Association, which allows access to a private bay beach and marina. Throw in a heated pool (although it doesn't look to be gunite) and we can see why "this little gem rents every summer."
*Except that faux ornamental column. Those are always odd.
