Two North Sea residents have made good on their threat to countersue potential camp owner Jay Jacobs. Curbed readers will recall that Mr. Jacobs named Little Fresh Pond Association President and Vice President in a $65M defamation suit for distributing fliers that he says are untrue and "malign [him] publicly." Now the duo has hit back and are saying the case against them is "harassing, intimidating, punishing or otherwise maliciously inhibiting the free exercise of speech, petition or association rights" and, of course, are seeking a "substantial amount of money."
