Even though last week was an abbreviated one, Curbed readers were still busy sharing their thoughts with the class. Here's just a smattering of what they had to say:
ANYONE BUT HIM: "As long as it's not a restaurant owned by Bruce Buschel, just about anyone else would be welcome."
THEY'RE ASKING WHAT?:"Shameful. Another agent that has no clue how to practice real estate. She was unable to educate the seller and has now saddled her firm with a dog listing that will not sell."
INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW: "Does anyone know what the requested variance is for? Being that the house is about 600 square feet and the owners don't see the need to pull their shades down despite being on a well traveled corner, maybe they want to put a hot tub on their front lawn?"
AT LEAST THEY'RE HONEST: "Excellent location & a nice chunk of land, good location. But seriously folks, how could this not be an instant teardown with those blue floors - pink walls, and a red linoleum floor in the kitchen?"
